Artist Home Settings
While building the TIDAL Artist Home mobile experience, we designed a comprehensive notification settings page to give artists control over their preferences. This included customizable SMS and email notifications that users could easily manage and update.

Missed messages
Artists had no way to enable or manage notifications within the platform, leading to missed messages and dropped conversations.
No push notifications
Users were unaware of how to enable push notifications—or that they needed to at all—resulting in important messages going unnoticed.
Solution
Designing a notification center where artists can easily access and update how and where they would like to receive notifications.
